Shipping & returns

All pieces are delivered in a plain, unbranded box with no mention of jewellery on the exterior of the box, including the return address.

Currently, I do not offer returns on products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to me and I will do everything in my power to fix the problem(s) you may have.

Production times

As all products are made to order, the expected wait time once you have placed your order to when you receive it is 4 to 6 weeks. However, that time may be shorter, as it mainly depends on sourcing the perfect gemtone(s) for your piece.

If there is any delay in the production of your piece, you will be informed as soon as possible.
